The Bookkeeping Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Responsibilities include cost accounting, retail and margins. Scan and enter vendor invoices into back office software system. Manage inventory, Vendor paid outs, billing, banking, Accounts , keeping records of fuel deliveries, vendor deliveries, lotto reports, daily shift reports,daily cash deposits, credit cards, payroll. Monitor inventory inventory through Audit procedures, audit cashier daily reports.
Quick Books experience will be preferred.
