Bookkeeping Manager jobs in Santa Fe, NM

Southwest Wellness Center, a New Mexico legacy cannabis producer is seeking full-time Admin/bookkeeper. The position works closely with CEO to maintain the daily accounting functions of the business.

Daily responsibilities include: payroll, HR, purchasing, A/P, A/R, account reconciliations, audit support, and other bookkeeping tasks as needed.

Candidates must have a high aptitude for QuickBooks and Excel. They must also have excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of follow-through and a desire to collaborate to improve systems and meet deadlines. This is a growing company, so the atmosphere is fast paced.

Serious candidates will be subject to state and national background checks. Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in the cannabis industry.
