Job Description:

Lackawanna Medical Group, LMG Cosmetics, & LMG Wellness is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager with bookkeeping or financial experience a plus to join our team part-time on a project basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project activities, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and providing financial oversight and support for project-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee project activities, tasks, and resources
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address project issues and risks
• Provide financial oversight for project expenses, budgets, and financial reporting
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and preparing financial statements
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, policies, and regulations
• Support project team members and stakeholders as needed
• Contribute to project planning and strategy development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on financial oversight
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Project management certification (PMP) is a plus
