Job description- Accountant Assistant

Full Time office position needed from 8:00AM to 5:00 PM Monday- Friday

Responsibilities include:

Basic bookkeeping including invoicing customers, collecting payments, researching and rectifying account discrepancies

Making sure that accounts contained in the general ledger are correct

Clerical tasks, handling mail, making phone calls, replying to emails, data entry

Required Qualifications /Skills

• Knowledge of account reconciliation
• 1 year of relevant accounting or data entry experience needed
• Well organized and able to keep track of multiple projects
• Accuracy and attention to detail needed
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft suite and Google drive
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation starts at $17.00-$18 .50 per hour depending on experience,
