Duties and responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Business Unit Managers in the Region to maximize productivity.
• Creating and overseeing employee performance evaluation metrics and goals.
• Collaborate with the safety team to create and foster an engaged, inclusive high-performing culture with a passion for safety and quality where it’s lived and felt by all employees. Maintain a proactive, zero-injury environment.
• Improve cost efficiency within the Business Units in the region.
• Guide and support the Business Unit Managers on yearly budgets and strategies to meet the plan budgets and monthly forecasting.
• Develop and manage monthly reporting on profits and losses.
• Ensures departmental compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support all other Departmental Directors in their roles.
• Collaborate and partner with the Human Resources Department on employee training, development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Be proactive and responsive to enhance all facets of customer satisfaction across all operational levels.
• Provide leadership across all aspects of operations, emphasizing safety, compliance, and profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. College degree in applied discipline preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of operations leadership with multi-unit management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
