WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Ensure all guest related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled and rectified in a professional, timely manner and in accordance to departmental standards.
• Handle the payment of all manual, hand-paid slot machine jackpots. 
• Answer questions related to slot machines as well as general property information. 
• Promote features of the Casino Player's Card and assist in slot promotions, as required. 
• Sign up guests into the Casino Player's Card. 
• Investigate and resolve issues relating to bill validators and slot gaming vouchers, including troubleshooting of basic bill validator and ticket printer problems. 
• Exchange large bills (currency) for smaller at the request of guests. 
• Assist with additional technical and service issues, as required. 
• Performs routine preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment as deemed necessary.

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous experience in casino or hospitality industry preferred.
