We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pawnbroker Store Manager / Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing loan and redemption transactions, cash evaluation and appraisal of the jewelry, watches and general merchandise. Sales, customer service, collecting payments, inventory management.
Store hours - 9-5 Mon-Fri. - 10-5 on Sat.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock replenishment.
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
- Monitor store appearance and ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Experience:
- 2 Years Previous experience in Pawnbroking industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using cash registers and POS systems.
- Knowledge of online merchandise listing is a big plus.
