Branch Management Trainee participates in a banking management training program designed to provide on-the-job experiential training in the daily operations of a retail branch office. Assists with routine branch opening, closing, customer service, and contributes to other operational tasks and activities. Being a Branch Management Trainee training incorporates multiple areas of banking, including sales, lending, systems operations, staff administration, and business development. Develops broad knowledge and understanding of bank products and policies. Additionally, Branch Management Trainee requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Account Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Providing quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments
- Preparing loan documents and managing the application process
- Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with our customers regarding their loan status
- Contacting customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments
- Partnering with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business
The ideal candidate for the Account Manager role will have:
- Stable work history (more than one year in previous customer service representative, sales representative, or related position preferred)
- Previous sales or collections experience is preferred
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A passion for delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- High school diploma or its equivalent
This position may require occasional travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
