Due to expansive growth experienced in the first half of this year, we are actively hiring a Verizon Account Management Trainee to join their team. They are relentless in providing first-class customer service and sales experiences that bridge the gap between brands and their consumers, and the right person for the Verizon Account Management Trainee role is just as dedicated and tenacious.

The Verizon Account Management Trainee is responsible for meeting directly with residential customers on a daily basis and conducting customer service and sales presentations. The Verizon Account Management Trainee will create five-star customer service and sales experiences by building meaningful connections with customers, establishing trust, and recommending products or services that suit their needs.

Verizon Account Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective customers in a residential setting and confidently conduct thorough, informative, and one-on-one customer service and sales presentations
• Establish trust and rapport with customers as a way to create superior sales experiences, drive brand loyalty, and increase new customer retention
• Use consultative sales techniques to understand what the customer needs, and deliver sales solutions that satisfy those wants and needs
• Attend regular product training sessions to develop a thorough knowledge and understanding of the products, services, and promotions available to defined territories
• Collaborate with fellow Sales team members to improve the customer and sales experience and maintain a competitive edge against other brands

Verizon Account Management Trainee Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required with pertinent experience and demonstrable results

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
