Branch Management Trainee participates in a banking management training program designed to provide on-the-job experiential training in the daily operations of a retail branch office. Assists with routine branch opening, closing, customer service, and contributes to other operational tasks and activities. Being a Branch Management Trainee training incorporates multiple areas of banking, including sales, lending, systems operations, staff administration, and business development. Develops broad knowledge and understanding of bank products and policies. Additionally, Branch Management Trainee requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members.     Responsibilities

    As a HomeTeam Branch Manager Trainee, you can expect to:

     

    • Manages and coordinates all branch operations for pest control and the Taexx® system, including sales, marketing, installation, and service by performing the following duties.
    • Direct the effective activity of the sales department to achieve assigned goals.
    • Direct the effective activity of the service department to achieve assigned
    • Direct the effective activity of the administrative department (office manager, service manager, sales manager)
    • Sales - Manage sales in line with budgeted financial performance
    • Sales - Monitor, analyze, and communicate monthly sales data to corporate office
    • Sales - Maintain sales levels to generate adequate revenue
    • Sales - Assist your team members in their assigned area to help generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls
    • Drive to customer locations to inspect and evaluate customer complaints and inspect termite jobs.
    • Communicate with customers to reach a satisfactoryDemonstrate the ability to answer questions, research problems, resolve issues and ensure customer’s expectations are met

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements: 

    • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED; College degree preferred
    • Must successfully pass background and drug screening
    • Must have experience with sales, marketing, and office administration
    • Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff
    • High level of written and verbal communication skills
    • 1 or more years’ experience in a management role

    • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: 
      • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity  
      • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
