This individual will oversee all aspects of operations within the branch including supervision of Tellers, Account Executives, and Directors of First Impressions. This individual will thoroughly understand all Bank's products and services to determine which best meet the customer's financial needs. They will also be responsible for the successful promotion of bank products and services including introduction of new products and advancement of continuing products.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of banking training or related course work, as well as successful supervisory or management experience, or 3-5 years of banking related experience. Must have a very strong customer service focus, excellent ability to communicate, excellent writing skills, and a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the Bank. They will be required to interpret and analyze basic financial information, and must be able to operate a computer and Bank specific software applications.
