Terminix of the Triad, a fourth generation family-owned franchise, is looking for an experienced pest control manager to add to our experienced team of professionals.

Overall responsibilities include attaining all sales goals and increasing branch revenue objectives; monitor daily sales performances and make necessary adjustments to achieve budgets; monitor and assure compliance to all company service and sales policies. Employee responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; performing evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees. Will be directly responsible for overall profit and loss of assigned location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Increase unit sales and dollars by implementing, teaching and enforcing company sales practices.
• Conduct weekly training sessions
• Coach, mentor and develop staff members
• Work in the field with sales and service professionals to maintain minimum sales and service activity requirements.
• Ensure all sales and service goals are met
• Improve sales and service professionals productivity and sales skills.
• Evaluate sales and service professionals performance and skill sets.
• Conduct sales and service training in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous pest management operations experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous experience managing budgets
• Strong sales skills
• Proven experience in directing and motivating teams
• Excellent follow up and organizational skills
