The Branch Manager has total profit-making responsibility for all maintenance & snow related operations and directs the planning, budgeting, production, equipment and personnel, customer relations, credit and collection activities, and vendor relations
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial landscaping business development, operations, or branch management. The Branch manager oversees all aspects of their branch including sales development and client retention. This position requires the ability to develop and inspire a successful team opportunities and achieving work order sales that meet branch goals. Identify areas of opportunity to increase account growth and drive revenue.
