Insurance Manager/Independent Insurance Agent

As Pini continues to expand, we are opening an office in the Brickell/Miami area. We are looking for a talented insurance professional to lead our expansion. Your role will be to help identify the new location, set up the office and manage the day to day, as well as be the lead producer. This new role comes with a salary, bonus opportunity and longer-term opportunity to grow with us. If you considered opening your own agency, this is your opportunity to do it at a low cost. We are opening the office, and you are the front line! As we expand, you can expect to be a part of our marketing campaigns, networking, and expansion. What You’ve Done

2 years of independent agent/producer/owner or insurance sales leadership experience

Ability to work independently, set priorities and effectively organize work.

Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and/or quotas.

Must maintain Property & Casualty license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
