We have an opportunity for someone with Auto Glass installation experience and Management experience to join us as a Branch Manager at our Tigard, Oregon location.

The branch manager opportunity has a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year.

You will have the opportunity to earn even more with our bonus programs.

As a Branch Manager you will:

• Recruit, manage, and conduct a team to achieve financial objectives, while providing exceptional guest service to every guest, every time
• Assist the team with repairs, replacements, and recalibrations of auto glass through approved methods, tools, and techniques
• Ensure equipment, materials and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
• Ship and receive inventory, examine received inventory for quality control
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need

• 3 years of Auto Glass installation experience
• 2 years of management experience
• State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet
