Job Summary
Responsible for directing activities over deposit and teller employees in the branch. Responsible for the branch's performance and conformance to bank and regulatory policies and procedures.
Manage personnel, make sure that they are providing good customer service to customers, and coaching employees.

Personnel Management : Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work;
appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Process Management : Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the bank's policies and applicable laws.
