Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a District Service Manager to join our Philadelphia branch.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Pay range (based on experience): $75,000 - $85,000 Annual bonus based on KIPs.
Monday - Friday
The primary focus of the District Service Manager is to coach and direct a team of Customer Advocates, and to develop customer relations and growth opportunities within their area of responsibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage acceptable performance standards in sales, merchandise management, and customer retention
- Execute business plan for renewing, expanding and developing route business with new products and services
- Promote a culture of safety and self-development
- Coaching, training and monitoring of route performance through daily check in process
- Hire, train, develop and coach service personnel
- Support and assist sales culture throughout the organization
- Daily merchandise control of all clean and soiled products
- Ensure service personnel compliance to company service and quality standards
- Coordinate routine maintenance on company trucks
- Adherence to all policies, guidelines and outside agency compliances
