    Summary: As the Retail Branch Manager at Prime Metal Buildings & Components, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. This includes managing staff, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. A Branch Manager is also responsible for ensuring the quality production of our products in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Actively participate in the establishment and growth of the new branch.
    Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail branch.
    Schedule, manage and oversee manufacturing processes by coordinating production activities, optimizing workflow, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
    Monitor and control inventory levels for metal building materials and components.
    Train and supervise branch staff.
    Enforce safety protocols for staff and customers in a metalworking environment.
    Communicate with offsite colleagues for Administrative, Accounting, Human Resources, and Maintenance needs for the local branch to operate smoothly.
    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    Maintain manufacturing quality and lead times as directed by management.

    Qualifications:
    Previous experience in metal buildings/metal industries is preferred.
    Proven experience in sales and customer service.
    Basic computer skills are required.
    Familiarity with inventory management systems.
    In-depth knowledge of metal building materials and components.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Experience in setting and achieving sales targets.
    Ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    Must have a valid driver’s license as occasional travel may be required.
