Branch Office Manager manages all aspects of the onsite branch office. Collects and analyzes data for the project and makes the development strategy. Being a Branch Office Manager provides technical support for the marketing staff. Evaluates the scope of the engineering or architecture project and provides recommendations for improvement. Additionally, Branch Office Manager may provide guidance on more complex issues. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Branch Office Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Branch Office Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Qualifications

    What do you need to be successful?

    • Operations and sales leadership experience
    • Degree preferred
    • Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record
    • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required
    • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
    • Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

    What will my work environment be like?

     

    Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

    • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
    • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
    • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
    • Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
