  • Wise Snacks is seeking a Branch Office Manager in the Elizabethtown, NC area. The primary purpose of this role is preparation and maintenance branch financial, accounting, sales, and information process.

    Primary Objectives of the Branch Office Manager:

    • Maintain weekly/monthly inventories - insuring accuracy of orders received and orders fulfilled.
    • Ensure proper preparation and submission for approval of all operation expenses and purchase orders through branch accounting.
    • Ensure the accurate and efficient management of employee and IO compensation.
    • Provide sales results, detail, and account service frequency reports.
    • Accurately record and submit for approval order fulfillment requests.
    • Accurate processing of Orders and deliveries from Berwick and partner suppliers
    • Fleet management - Preventative Maintenace schedules, insurance compliance, safety.
    • Accurate data preparation and processing
    • Ensure the components of the physical plant are monitored for submitted for approval within budgeted and/or fair market value
    • Control and ensure the administrative sales tools required for daily function are available and authorized as needed
    • Control and monitor employee timecards, vacation compliance, and holiday.
    • Ensure accuracy of product transfers of product within the branch network and distributor network
    • Prepare and submit partner brands results and prepare and submit vouchers for reimbursement.
    • Route sales Paperwork collected and provided to Route accounting.

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES must have the following:

    • HS Diploma or GED
    • 1 year of experience managing an office
    • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience
    • Knowledge of inventory control
    • Some accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
    • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Outlook)

    IDEAL CANDIDATES also have the following:

    • 3 years of office management experience.
    • Prior food or salty snack industry experience
    • Strong knowledge of warehousing and customer management
    • Bilingual English/Spanish
