Duties include overseeing care delivery to our clients in the Silver City and Surrounding area, regulatory compliance, personnel and human resources including supervising main office administrative staff, liaison with managed care organizations and local healthcare providers, directing and overseeing marketing efforts, and general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have management-level experience in the home care and home healthcare fields, as well as familiarity with New Mexico’s Centennial Care program and with the Medicaid program in general. Spanish-speaking a plus. Competitive salary in an excellent working environment
