Branch Office Manager manages all aspects of the onsite branch office. Collects and analyzes data for the project and makes the development strategy. Being a Branch Office Manager provides technical support for the marketing staff. Evaluates the scope of the engineering or architecture project and provides recommendations for improvement. Additionally, Branch Office Manager may provide guidance on more complex issues. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Branch Office Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Branch Office Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Our energetic, growing construction company is looking for an experienced branch office manager with some soft skills in Human Resources. This person will be the direct support for the Kearney Crew Members at our shop location.

    If you enjoy customer service, working together for a common goal and like the following responsibilities: HR, data entry, organizing, answering the phone with a smile, scheduling, email follow up, computer work, brainstorming and problem solving - this would be a great job for you.

    Job Requirements:

    • Computer experience that includes Excel and Word
    • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Education & Experience

    • Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
    • High School Degree required.
