Detailed Job Description
Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager and the Corporate Office Manager, the Branch Office Coordinator is responsible for providing administration and reception support for a fast paced, high volume Service Branch environment. Duties will include but are not limited to managing branch phones, data entry, verification and processing, filing, and Sales support.
We seek a team player who has a core foundation of integrity and is willing and able to use commitment and creativity to drive our organization towards success. This position is located at our Odessa, TX branch.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
· Manage the branch phones in a professional and courteous manner.
· Prepare quotes as requested; Price jobs turned in, create sales orders, and maintain job book accuracy and completion.
· Create accurate parts and service invoices for customers.
· Schedule safety meetings and send reports to the corporate office as required.
· Work closely with and support Sales team with paperwork for timely invoicing.
· Establish, maintain, and revise files for the branch.
· Order various office supplies as needed.
· Scan documents for our accounting system.
· Run local company errands as needed.
· Help to pull parts and package for shipment as needed.
