The Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the store. They are responsible for maximizing retail sales and profits by maintaining a high standard of customer service, as well as establishing a strong repeat business. The Store Manager leads by example and maintains a strong presence on the sales floor. They will hire, schedule, and train store associates to achieve sales plans, while also ensuring the highest visual presentation and housekeeping standards are maintained. The Store Manager operates the store in accordance with the company’s operational guidelines while also adhering to all loss prevention procedures.
