Branch Review Specialist conducts branch internal audits to determine whether business controls are sufficient and effectively executed in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Tests established procedures to ensure operational efficiency within branch offices. Being a Branch Review Specialist determines whether branches are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, or business control activities in compliance with management instructions, policies, and procedures. Evaluates functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of systems to achieve established objectives. Additionally, Branch Review Specialist recommends corrective actions and improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Nature of Work:
Performing inter-rai assessments in community settings for a variety of programs that serve people with disabilities and seniors. Schedule with clients, their caregivers, family members and/or interested service providers (when appropriate) to meet and complete the applicable evaluation/assessment. Strive for accuracy and timeliness in assessment and referral. Communicate regarding the worker’s recommendations with clients, caregivers and providers. Meet and discuss cases with the multi-disciplinary team. Enter and maintain correct information in the Long Term Care Services and Supports system (LTSS) and Advanced Information Systems Management (AIM). Complete all ancillary documentation and follow-up, as well as submit billing sheets when necessary. Maintain adequate productivity, with a goal of 25 completed considered excellent in a month. Maintain RN license as per Maryland Board of Nursing.
Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Two years in a non-hospital setting.
License or Certification:
Registered Nurse
Desired or Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in long-term care, home health and community health. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
