Branch Review Specialist conducts branch internal audits to determine whether business controls are sufficient and effectively executed in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Tests established procedures to ensure operational efficiency within branch offices. Being a Branch Review Specialist determines whether branches are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, or business control activities in compliance with management instructions, policies, and procedures. Evaluates functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of systems to achieve established objectives. Additionally, Branch Review Specialist recommends corrective actions and improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Branch Review Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Hospital is looking for a Utilization Review Manger. The Utilization Review Manager performs admission and concurrent review of patients. Assures optimum quality of patient care in the most cost-effective manner. Works with the Physicians and the Social Services department to ensure quality of documentation of patient care. The Utilization Review Manager is responsible for the hiring and selection of Utilization Review staff, the development and revision of all UR department policies and procedures, monitoring performance and coaching and counseling staff to maintain and/or improve productivity and performance of the UR department staff.

- Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in chart analysis and utilization review in the psychiatric and chemical dependency filed preferred.
- Valid FL license, e.g., RN, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills required to communicate in a clear and concise manner with patients, physicians, staff and administration. Stable emotional makeup required to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Work is sedentary requiring sitting most of the day. Sitting at least six (6) hours a day while processing paperwork, answering the phones, and other described duties. Standing at least one hour a day while making copies, delivering message, etc. Lifting up to 20lbs of copier paper from floor level to check level while filling copier with paper.
