IAS Input Specialist 2 - Deposit Document Review

    SUMMARY: Under the direction of the IAS Supervisor, the IAS Input Specialist 2 performs complex data input and research requests in the following areas: banks operations, deposit input and/or loan input. The incumbent must maintain a high level of accuracy and provide proactive communication and support to internal customers. The incumbent must draw upon knowledge of various computer systems, bank accounting, and bank policies and procedures to ensure that requests are addressed accurately. The incumbent is responsible for completing workflow requests in a timely, efficient manner and within established department Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Review and process various complex documents and requests received via workflow queues, emails and telephone inquiries.
    • Analyze and input complex data into various system applications and ensure that the integrity and accuracy of information is maintained.
    • Perform more complex tasks including change forms; Corporate Resolution and Non-Profit accounts, internal/external Power of Authority (POA) maintenance; restyles of existing accounts; Limited Liability Company (LLC’s); loan maintenance requests (i.e. charge offs, extension, etc.); safe deposit box maintenance and daily processing of Showcase queries.
    • Train new team members and serve as a mentor and trainer for level one team members.
    • Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
    • 2 years of banking and/or financial services industry experience required.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent required.
    • Associates Degree preferred.
