Position Overview and Responsibilities

• Draft and edit customer and vendor contracts, as well as review any non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
• Communicate with branch offices to ensure contract requirements are met
• Research appropriate regulations to ensure contracts are up to date and in compliance with both state and federal laws
• Review Forwarder/Broker contracts; redlining if necessary
• Maintain Team Air Express Standard Terms and Conditions
• Special projects as requested by leadership

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the President of Team Worldwide.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Higher education or training in related field preferred but not required
• Proven experience in contract administration or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of legal documentation

Physical Requirements

• Sitting at a computer for prolonged periods of time
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
