Evaluates functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of systems to achieve established objectives. Seeking Dental Hygienist to review claims with the submitted diagnostic material to make proper benefit determinations based on group contracts and DeltaUSA and departmental established guidelines/policies. Responsible to clear out queues on a daily basis and to pend appropriate claims for additional information. Refers claims to dental consultants for review. This position is located in Roanoke, VA and candidate must be willing to live in the area.
