Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

· Monthly reconciliation of AP subledger to G/L, ensuring financial accuracy.

· Reviewing and approving AP payment runs in our cutting-edge ERP systems, driving efficiency.

· Acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries about GL accounts for AP, fostering clarity and collaboration.

· Orchestrating team efforts to meet deadlines, ensuring smooth sailing for our financial operations.

· Giving the green light to vendor bank data in our ERP system, securing financial integrity.

· Providing external auditors with requested AP data, showcasing our commitment to transparency.

· Guiding AP process improvements, driving innovation and optimization.

Desired Qualifications:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, providing a strong foundation for the role.

· Five or more years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment, showcasing your expertise.
