Responsibilities:

Your role as a Full-Time Barista at Branch Hill Coffee Shop goes beyond crafting the perfect brew. You'll collaborate with fellow team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience, keeping your cool under pressure. From brewing coffee to baking and preparing delectable cafe food, your versatile tasks will include:

• Taking orders and crafting beverages with finesse.
• Grocery shopping and inventory management to ensure our supplies are well-stocked.
• Participating in opening and closing procedures.
• Engaging in food preparation and assembling delicious sandwiches.
• Tackling various organizational tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
• Keeping our space tidy and welcoming through regular cleaning.
• Assisting with customer transactions, providing a friendly checkout experience.
• Taking ownership of tasks like watering our plants, adding a touch of green to our ambiance.

Qualifications:

• Barista experience is a plus, but we're also open to teaching eager learners.
• Consistency and reliability are your middle names.
• Your composure and focus stay strong even during the bustling hours.

• Weekend avalibility (especially Saturday) is a must. We scheduele consideratly of our employees and this does not mean you will have to work every Friday / Saturday. Please bring any questions you have to the interview.
