Bluewhite is seeking a passionate, Team Lead to join our US team & help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology and 21st century farming. Pay scale for this position is $70 - $85k per year, DOE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Operation and Implementation (70%):
1. Product expert: Possess an expert-level understanding of Bluewhite system, encompassing both hardware and software components. Demonstrate proficiency in implementation, operation, and troubleshooting.
2. As the Team Leader you will be the direct supervisor for any additional company personnel on the farm if there are such at the designated location.
3. Work alongside the customer to ensure high quality operations on the farm while utilizing Bluewhite autonomous systems, be on-site representative according to the client’s schedule, shifts and campaigns,
4. Site Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough on-site assessments to determine the optimal placement and configuration of technology components within client ranches. Consider factors such as layout, terrain, and environmental conditions.
5. Training and Education: execute comprehensive training programs for safety operators, imparting the necessary skills to effectively use the product. Deliver hands-on training sessions, and materials to ensure operator proficiency.
6. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Proactively monitor the technology system's performance and identify malfunctions or issues. Work alongside technical support to provide rapid and accurate troubleshooting and maintenance support to minimize downtime.
7. Customization and Optimization: Collaborate with managers and operators to customize the technology system to suit varying client conditions and goals. Continuously optimize the system's performance to enhance productivity.
8. Data Collecting and Analysis: Utilize data insights to inform decision-making related to system usage, productivity, etc.
9. Continuous Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for operators' technical inquiries and support needs. Offer prompt assistance in resolving issues and ensuring smooth system operation.
10. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the system's performances. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements.
11. Collaborate with the on-boarding/ Support teams to provide feedback and suggest improvements based on operations / customer experiences.
