The Well Keeper: Village Well Bar Lead

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our team at our 30-tap self-pour beer bar. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves to create a community around drinks and food, and has a knack for inspiring and managing a team.

What You'll Do:

• Pour with Passion: You'll be the face of our drink selections, guiding guests through our self-pour system and offering recommendations from our diverse 30-tap lineup.
• Lead & Inspire: Train and manage our bar staff to ensure everyone is knowledgeable, efficient, and ready to provide top-notch service.
• Keep Us Stocked: Use your expertise to place orders, manage inventory, and ensure we're always ready to serve up our guests' favorites.
• Create the Vibe: Help maintain a fun and friendly atmosphere that makes guests feel welcomed and excited to return.
• Wear Many Hats: As a hybrid role, you'll juggle bartending duties with managing operations, all while keeping an eye on the details that make our bar special.
