This position directs, coordinates, and monitors all sales, operations and personnel development activities in order to ensure increased profitability and market share.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required AND:
• a minimum of 2 years of experience as a branch manager in a related industry, OR
• a minimum of 5 years of progressive internal experience in various positions within the branch.
• Must possess basic computer skills; intermediate skills preferred.
• Must possess product knowledge, leadership and delegation skills and experience.
• Must pass company required drug screen and physical and background screening.

Must maintain a valid driver s license and have the ability to travel to Coburn s customer and company branch locations.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbs.; must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead. Occasionally works with small tools and equipment. Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention. Warehouse environment. Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required. A consistent presence at work is required.

Age & Licensing Requirements

Must be a minimum age of 21 years old and maintain a valid driver s license and have the ability to travel to Coburn s customer and company branch locations.

In order to operate a forklift, the operator must be a minimum age of 18 years old and successfully complete Coburn s Forklift Operator Certification. The Manager must successfully complete Coburn s Forklift Evaluator Certification.

Any employee who will make deliveries at a branch will be required to have:

Texas– personal driver s license with medical card.
Mississippi & Tennessee- Class D license with medical card.

Louisiana – Chauffer s license (Class D) with medical card.

• This is required to drive any delivery vehicle and staying in state.

Monitor the stocking levels and proper handling of inventory in order to maintain profitability and provide Coburn s exceptional level of customer service, with no injuries, near misses or damaged product.
