Branch Service Manager oversees daily branch activities. Monitors branch service quality and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels. Being a Branch Service Manager manages and schedules tellers and customer service staff. Schedules Customer Service Clerks/Reps to ensure adequate coverage. Additionally, Branch Service Manager implements and reviews bank policies and procedures, prepares branch for audits, and keeps branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures. Handles more complex customer complaints and questions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to the Branch Manager. The Branch Service Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. - Proficient in technological resources, computer aptitude, basic Microsoft Office, to aid in effective presentation, follow-through and overall customer experience.
- SAP Knowledge a plus!
Physical Requirements:- Regularly required to stand, sit, walk; use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, reach or carry.
- Occasionally required climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Frequently required to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Regularly required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasionally required to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to safely tolerate heat in the summer and cold in the winter.
- Regularly required to talk and hear; read and identify numbers.
- Regularly required to apply sound reasoning and logic in performing daily tasks.
- Required to be able to safely operate equipment including forklift, pallet jack, wire-cutting machine, etc.
