Branch Service Representative jobs in Baton Rouge, LA

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter customers’ orders as they are received
• Provide excellent customer service for customers, both in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with placing orders or providing them quotes
• Help ensure inventory is available and accurate
• Effectively source and purchase materials for orders
• Help the Outside Sales team with orders and quotes by making sales calls
• Developing and maintaining positive relations with all established accounts, while building foundations for new customer relationships
• Use of the CRM system to track sales calls and activities performed
• Assist with fulfilling orders, as needed

Qualifications:

• Motivated self-started with a strong proven track record of 2 years of sales success preferred, but not required
• Must be able to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Office products
• Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
