Job Summary:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

• To grow a new and existing client base.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lighting and sign knowledge .
• Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
• Very deliberate and effective cold call specialist.
• Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy – Able to quickly learn software required to do this job.

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work as a team member.
• Have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
• Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
• Highly motivated and proactive.
• Capable to give quick and accurate response to questions.
• Able to handle varied tasks.
• Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.

NATURE OF WORK CONTACTS:

• Small and large businesses who have signs and/or lighting

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:

• This position is primarily inside sales, requiring 40 – 60 phone calls daily. Leads are provided.

Our home office is located in Jackson, MS. In addition to our Biloxi and Jackson offices, we also have operations in Shreveport/Bossier City, LA. We are a franchise of Yesco Sign and Lighting in Salt Lake City, UT. We have state of the art equipment to meet the demands of most all service requests and experienced technicians capable of tackling even difficult issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,000 - $48,000 per year (first year)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday – 8 - 4:30

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong sales acumen with a passion for driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with technology sales and products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software

- Lighting, electrical, sign experience or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the ability to fulfill all job responsibilities.
