The Inside Sales are paid hourly and performance-based bonus which allows successful representatives the opportunity use one of our three market hubs and sell across multiple channels.

Duties:

• Generate new sales revenue through self-prospecting and cold calling
• Make outbound sales calls - every day
• Assist with the creation, development and implementation of new concepts designed to generate new sales revenue streams
• Support existing sales campaigns by focusing on calling previous customers to regain their business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Proactively seek new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses and organizations
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within our CRM system

Qualifications:

• Passion for sales and committed to being a leader in the cleaning industry
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable making cold calls on the phone
• Proficient computer skills

Additional Requirements:

The desired candidate must have a strong work ethic and be highly motivated to achieve sales goals. A successful candidate should also showcase excellent communications skills with the ability to have effective and frequent dialogue with prospects, clients and colleagues.
