We are currently in search of an experienced Service Advisor/Customer Service Representative. The person we are looking for will have all the following, up-tone personality, being well organized, exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and be personable.

Experience in any of the following car lines is helpful. Mercedes Benz, BMW, Sprinter, Mini, Audi, or Land Rover.

Our company is the largest independent German car repair shop in the Monterey Peninsula. We have built a strong reputation in our community over the last 16 years. We continue to grow year after year. Our shop is spacious, with over 10, 000 square feet of shop space and 13 lifts. At present we have 8 technicians, a dedicated parts advisor, and one shop assistant. We currently have 3 service advisors with one moving away in the next few weeks.

Our business is well-structured, organized, and has clear policies and procedures. We invest in equipment and training regularly. There is an awesome culture here and our customers are treated with the highest ethical standards.
