As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with customers and promoting ATS services. Here's what you'll bring to the table:

Education & Experience: A solid understanding of marketing, sales, and customer service principles, coupled with 1-2 years of related experience or training.

Skills & Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in communication (written, verbal, and listening). You're a problem-solver who thrives on challenges and can multitask effectively.

Technical Proficiency: You're comfortable operating basic office equipment, including telephones, PCs, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Geographical Know-How: You possess a general knowledge of U.S. geography and basic map-reading skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell ATS services to customers, aligning with company objectives.
• Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate terms, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with regional managers to assess customer needs and distribute relevant information.
• Provide top-notch customer service and act as a liaison between customers and ATS operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
