Responsibilities

To compile and file patient information, give information to callers, schedule appointments, and provide routine clerical support. Assist in other areas of the Radiation Therapy Department as deemed necessary. Interact with physicians' offices and other Hillcrest departments. Work with the Radiation Therapists billing office. Will participate in performance initiatives. Will assist with other activities as deemed necessary for the day to day operation of the dept.

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Job Requirements: 

• Previous customer service experience
• Previous medical office experience
