Next Level Technician is looking for a Fire Alarm and Security Service Technician in the Fort Meyers FL area to provide support to the Service department and the customers we assist with their low voltage issues.
The Service Technicians responsibilities are as follows; Service and some installation of conduit, wire, and devices for various low voltage systems, mainly focusing on fire alarm, access control and video surveillance
Responsibilities :
The Service Technician is responsible for customer coordination in the field and repair of all fire alarm, access control and cctv systems and customer training.
They shall work with the Service Coordinator and Service Manager to help schedule onsite resources, and ensure equipment and materials are correct and onsite when needed.
The Service Technician must also communicate well with internal and external customers.
