Job Summary:
Seeking a contracted postion to be filled to take care of our real estate marketing. This job is mostly remote.

Responsibilities:
- Create reels, posts and post cards for new listings
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create content on a weekly basis for our social media channels
- Create leads from our social media
- Collaborate with agents for content
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Stay on top of new listings, buyers, and real estate education for creating content

Qualifications:
- Prior marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation, social media, and more
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn more!
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Instagram, Facebook and more

This is a part-time position with competitive monthly contracted compensation. This offers flexibility for your schedule and in person attendance isn't required and only needed for scheduled quarterly content days and new listing filming days.
