  • Overview

    Develops and maintains long-lasting relationships with investors and improves LeMaitre’s Investor Relations department capabilities, processes, and performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Identifies, prioritizes and develops relationships with buy- and sell-side targets;  updates and maintains CRM target database summarizing all required follow-ups
    • Coordinates management presentations at investment banking and other conferences
    • Plans and executes non-deal roadshows and buy-/sell-side HQ visits for management; summarizes, distributes and catalogs meeting notes
    • Plans, prepares for and assists in execution of analyst days
    • Prepares investor communication materials including corporate presentation, fact sheet, press releases, quarterly earnings scripts and Q&A
    • Tracks and reports performance metrics (e.g. meetings, trading volume, peer analysis, analyst sales projections)
    • Defines and manages the annual investor relations calendar of events, including IR deliverables and associated timelines
    • Prepares SEC (Section 16/Form 4 and other) filings
    • Monitors changes in ownership of the company's stock as well as investor and industry trends, competitor financial data, and relevant regulations
    • Fields and responds to inbound investor and shareholder inquiries on routine matters, and uses discretion to direct other inquiries to CEO, President & CFO
    • Manages all related investor relations administration and documentation
    • Develops and implements a social media strategy for the company’s investor relations function
    • Adheres to company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
    • Treats others with courtesy, sensitivity, and respect at all times
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 5 years’ related professional experience
    • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with members of the C-suite
    • Highly proficient in Powerpoint; able to build/modify investor presentations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft press releases and quarterly earnings scripts
    • Highly proficient in Excel; able to build/run financial analyses
    • Experience with one or more investor relations CRM platforms
    • Experience with Section 16/Form 4 and other SEC filings
    • Energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player with strong organizational skills, project management skills, attention to detail and follow-through
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to sudden changes, calmly and quickly
