• Answer both client and employee calls
• Light client sales and onboarding
• Maintain successful relationships with both clients and employees
• Resolve customer complaints
• Pass on immediate requests to housekeeping team
• Admin responsibilities, ordering products, stocking and maintaining the office
• Measuring cancellations, complaints, reasons, & housekeepers assigned
• Updating client profiles and collecting payment
• Light scheduling
• Manage customer loyalty program
• Communicate feedback to Employee Relations Manager to be delivered to housekeeper
• Grow our online reviews
• Write and mail thank you cards (and/or gifts) to legacy clients, new clients regularly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
