Being a Broker Relations Representative troubleshoots all the administrative and specialized issues from brokers and clients. Handles concerns, issues and questions from brokers and customers. Additionally, Broker Relations Representative requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Pay Range
$89,670 - $111,324 Annually for the H13.2 level
$107,550 - $133,524 Annually for the H13.3 level
We're looking for a Staff Relations Representative to provide consultation and problem-solving assistance to Laboratory supervisors, managers, and employees on work-related issues. You will report to the Staff Relations Manager in the Director's Office. Under minimal direction, you will support all aspects of staff/labor relations and will interact with managers, supervisors and employees.
This position is a Flexible Term appointment for 6 years.
This position will be filled at eitherlevel based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level.
