Being a Broker Relations Representative troubleshoots all the administrative and specialized issues from brokers and clients. Handles concerns, issues and questions from brokers and customers. Additionally, Broker Relations Representative requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Broker Relations Representative gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
