Big Brothers Big Sisters is looking for a Client Service Rep to join our team committed to making a positive difference in the lives of youth facing adversity. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, required to achieve metrics-based operating results, comfortable with answering phones, addressing inquiries, checking references and conducting case management. Reps provide coaching, and coordinate youth events and resource distribution; etc.

Required Competencies: Highly outgoing, organized, strategic networker with excellent writing and time management skills; Experience with assessments and sound decision making; excellent research, communication and presentation skills; creativity, flexibility and a strong client service ethic. Must complete required indeed assessments to demonstrate skill level.

A valid drivers license and current automobile insurance. Willingness and ability to use own car for agency business (mileage reimbursement). Must be able to use internet, fax, phone, computer, Excel, Word and other office equipment.

Education and Experience Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or related field required, with a minimum of one year’s work experience.
