The Grants Budget Analyst is a critical part of Healthier Generation’s ability to deliver on its mission by supporting budgeting planning, tracking and reporting of new and existing funded projects.  This role is a partner to the entire organization, particularly to the Program, Development, and Finance teams. They will collaborate with senior leaders in department-level annual budget preparation, budget distribution, grant proposal budgets, grant reports, monthly grant spending summaries and revenue projections. This position will play a key role in providing strategic analysis for ongoing monitoring of budgets and forecasting of results, donor reporting and financial analysis along with projects as requested. This position is responsible for accurate monitoring, recording, and reporting of all grant-related expenses and receivables.

Each job at Healthier Generation is assigned to a salary grade built on market data. For an individual coming into Healthier Generation, we set pay generally between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary grade and based on qualifications. For this position, the minimum is $68,642 and the midpoint is $82,370, with flexibility for well-qualified candidates.
