Budget Blinds of Wasatch is looking for a Window Treatment Installer . This is a 40 hours per week job plus Saturday’s and or overtime during the busy months. Hourly wage $17-$22 an hour based on experience, time, and performance. The key responsibility of a Budget Blinds Installer is to install custom window treatments and various window solutions for our clients. Employer will provide all tools and company vehicle.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Install window treatments for customers at times this could include 15' plus heights.
• will use power tools and be able to make repairs and adjustments to any product as needed.
• maintain the warehouse, including checking in and organizing delivered product, alerting the office of newly received product (inventory) and tagging products for the proper customer (utilizing copies of invoices) to make sure no products are missed at installation.
• will maintain the clean condition of the Van (inside and out) and the mechanical condition of the Van.
• Calls the office to communicate what is required to resolve any problems/issues with order.
• Properly disposes of packing material and old blinds from customer’s homes.
• Must be willing to canvas marketing material while working.
• Maintains confidentiality of all customer and vendor data.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Door to Door marketing
• Picks up or offers yard signs to customers.
• Other duties as required by management / ownership.
• Can read and follow directions and be willing to watch YouTube videos for instructions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma.
• Clean DMV and Clean background check. Have a valid driver’s license and be bondable.
• Visual acuity to read a tape-measure to 1/16th of an inch and physical clearance to climb ladder/step stool
• Be able to lift 80 pounds as well as bend and kneel consistently.
